What to expect on the day

Check In and Transponders

On arrival to the track, please check in at the clubhouse to ensure that you have signed on correctly and issue your transponder. If you have any questions through out the day, don’t hesitate to ask  any.

Track Walk

Please ensure your driver plus parent/guardian are at the dummy grid for 08:30am prompt, as key information about the day will be communicated along with safety protocols.

Lunchtime time briefing

During the lunch break all groups including their signed on parent or guardian will be called to the start / finish line to told  about how they will start in the heads and finals, anyone not attending may not be allowed to participate in the afternoon racing as this is a safety issue.

Café

There is a cafe on-site that will be open throughout the day serving food and drinks.

Kart Hire

Upon arrival, Please make your way to Rookie HQ where you will be allocated your kart for the day. Please arrive for 8.15 am to ensure we can get you measured accurately prior to the track walk.

If the team cannot fit you to a kart safely, we will issue you a full refund. it is very rare we have to do this

Bambino Beginners – Anyone new to the sport with little or no experience and Kart hires

Bambino Advanced – Done some racing + Iame bambinos (we will do separate trophies for this )

Cadet B – Anyone new to the sport with little or no experience and Kart hires

Cadet A – Done some racing

Driver Tuition

Our team of coaches will be on hand through out the day and situated at the Rookie HQ on front pit bays to issue you with driver tuition/ feedback following each session.

Points To Note

Restrictors – To prevent exclusion from meeting restrictors must be in place for the relevant class ( please ask if unsure)
